This Privacy Policy explains how Az Car Rents Inc (“Az Car Rents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Walk Around 360 mobile application (the “App”) and the website at walkaround360app.com (the “Site”). Walk Around 360 is a product of Az Car Rents Inc, an Iowa corporation. Contact: info@azcarrents.com.

This policy covers Walk Around 360 only. It does not replace privacy notices that apply to Avis, Budget, or other rental systems you may use in your business.

Information we collect

Account and contact details: name, email address, business or location name, and phone number you provide when you create an account, request early access, or contact us.
Subscription and purchase data: if you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple processes payment. We may receive your subscription status, product identifiers, and App Store transaction identifiers—not your full payment card number.
Walk-around content you create: vehicle identifiers (such as MVA or unit numbers), photos, notes, timestamps, location tags you choose to include, customer e-signatures, and PDF reports you generate or share.
Device and usage data: device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, and basic usage events needed to keep the App working and fix bugs.
Website data: the Site does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL for security and reliability.
Support communications: emails and messages you send to us.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and improve the App and Site.
To create and manage your account and subscription status.
To store and display the walk-around content you and your authorized users create.
To respond to support requests and product feedback.
To send service-related notices (for example, about your account, security, or material changes to this policy).
To protect the App, investigate abuse or fraud, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Walk Around 360 content for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run Walk Around 360, including with:

Service providers that host data, deliver email, or help us operate the App (under agreements that limit their use of the data).
Apple for App Store purchases and subscriptions.
People you choose when you share a report, link, or PDF (for example, a customer or coworker).
Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Business transfers if we sell or reorganize the business, subject to this policy’s spirit.

Your responsibility: Walk-around photos, signatures, and reports may include personal information about customers or coworkers. You are responsible for how you collect, share, and retain that content under your own policies and applicable law.

Where data is stored

We use cloud infrastructure (including services on Cloudflare and related providers) that may process data in the United States. You are responsible for deciding whether Walk Around 360 is appropriate for your location and industry before uploading content.

How long we keep information

We keep account and subscription records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, support, and legal recordkeeping. Walk-around content is kept according to product settings and our operational needs; you should export or back up anything you must retain for your own records. We may delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting device access, account credentials, and who you invite to your location’s account.

Your choices

Update or correct account details by contacting us.
Delete content you control inside the App where the product allows it.
Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing info@azcarrents.com. We may keep records we need for legal, security, or billing reasons.
Manage App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

Children

Walk Around 360 is for business use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-party services

The App and Site may link to third-party services (including the Apple App Store). Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before using those services.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App or Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
